These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlanGrid, operated by Brand Grow Agency. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

PlanGrid provides tools for creators to build professional media kits, complete onboarding profiles, and participate in brand campaign workflows facilitated by Brand Grow Agency.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By using PlanGrid, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, process, and share your profile data as needed to operate the service, generate media kits, and facilitate brand collaborations you opt into.

You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload malware, spam, or misleading information.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization.
• Scrape or automate access in ways that burden or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your metrics or affiliations.

Some features may be offered free; paid plans may be introduced or changed. Pricing terms will be shown at checkout when applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee campaign placements, brand deals, or specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Grow Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
